Privacy

Privacy, written for how Tilth actually works.

Tilth uses client information to set up agents, run the portal, complete assigned work, communicate with approved people, and maintain the service. We keep this readable because you should be able to understand what is collected without hiring a lawyer first.

The short version

Tilth collects only the information needed to sell, set up, operate, support, and improve the service.
Portal data, agent work, chats, files, and connected-account details are scoped to the relevant client.
Tilth uses service providers for hosting, database, email, payments, AI processing, and operational alerts.
Tilth does not sell client data.
If a client offboards, Tilth exports relevant work product and removes active client data on an agreed timeline.
Questions and export or deletion requests go to hello@hellotilth.com.
"What information does Tilth actually have?"

Information we collect

Site visitors: contact form submissions, discovery-call booking details, basic technical and analytics data, and chat transcripts if you use the site chat.

Clients and client teams: business and contact details, billing details, onboarding answers, portal account details and activity, chat messages, tasks, delivered files, approvals, and usage records.

Agent interactions: the emails, messages, documents, and context you give your agent so it can do the work, and the drafts, research, and work product it produces, along with the human approval history for client-facing outputs.

Connected services: account identifiers, permission scopes, and the credentials needed to operate an integration you have approved, plus the metadata needed to keep it working.

"What do you do with it?"

How we use information

To respond to inquiries and prepare discovery calls; to configure and train your dedicated agent; to operate the portal, tasks, files, chat, and approvals; to complete the work you request; to send approved messages and notifications; to maintain security, troubleshoot, and keep an audit history; to manage billing and account administration; and to improve how Tilth works.

Some AI providers may process prompts and outputs in order to provide the service. Tilth does not sell client data.

"Who else touches our data?"

Who processes information

Tilth relies on a small set of infrastructure and software providers to run the service. They process data only as needed to provide their part of it:

Hosting & database Email & messaging delivery AI model providers Payment processing Analytics & monitoring File & document services

Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by Tilth directly.

"What are the hard lines?"

What we do not do

Tilth does not sell client data. We do not publish client work without approval. We do not ask you to send passwords or API keys over email or chat. We do not claim compliance certifications we have not completed. And we do not use one shared client workspace where every agent can see every other client's files.

"What happens to our data if we leave?"

Retention, export, and deletion

Tilth keeps client data while the account is active and while it is needed to provide the service, keep an audit history, resolve support issues, or meet business and legal obligations. If a client offboards, Tilth exports the relevant work product and removes active client data after export is confirmed. Backup copies age out on the normal backup cycle.

Exact deletion timing, export procedure, and any records retained for accounting or legal reasons are confirmed in each client agreement.

"What can we ask for?"

Your rights and choices

Clients can request a copy of their relevant data and work product, ask us to correct inaccurate account information, request deletion of active client data when offboarding, revoke a connected service's access at any time from inside that service, and ask us to stop or change any workflow that uses their information.

"What shouldn't we send the agent?"

Children, sensitive data, and restricted information

Tilth is a business service and is not intended for children. Please do not send passwords, personal financial account credentials, protected health information, or other highly sensitive regulated data unless Tilth has explicitly agreed in writing that the workflow is in scope. If your work involves a regulated area, we will scope it together before any access is granted.

Changes to this policy, and how to reach us

Tilth may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change; material changes will be communicated to active clients. Questions about privacy, data handling, export, or deletion: hello@hellotilth.com.
