What Tilth provides
Tilth provides managed AI agents that help with business operations. Depending on your plan and setup, your agent may help with research, drafting, project coordination, content, reporting, reminders, portal updates, inbox workflows, and other operational tasks you approve.
The agent is a work assistant, not a licensed professional. Legal, financial, medical, tax, HR, or other regulated advice needs qualified human review.
Early-service status
Tilth is an evolving managed service. Features improve as the product matures, integrations are added, and client workflows are refined. We aim never to disrupt active client work, we communicate meaningful workflow changes, we fix service issues in good faith, and we never quietly expand an agent's access to your systems without approval.
Your confirmed plan defines the scope
Each client relationship is governed by the written plan, proposal, or agreement accepted by that client. That confirmed plan defines the monthly fee, included workflows, approved channels, connected systems, usage expectations, and any special limits.
Work outside the confirmed plan may require a revised plan or separate approval: custom integrations, regulated workflows, public campaigns, or high-volume work. If you want the agent to contact third parties, publish content, or use external accounts, those permissions are agreed before the workflow goes live.
Billing
Your accepted plan or written agreement defines the price, billing start date, renewal timing, any trial or pilot terms, setup fees, taxes, and payment method. If you have a question about billing, your accepted plan is the reference, and you can always just ask us.
If a payment fails, we will contact you to resolve it, and may pause service after a reasonable notice period. Card and bank details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by Tilth directly.
Client responsibilities
Provide accurate onboarding information and keep key details current. Only share information, files, and system access you have the right to share. Review and approve client-facing outputs where human review is required. Keep your own account access secure, revoke access that should no longer be connected, and tell us promptly if something looks wrong, sensitive, or out of scope.
Acceptable use
Clients may not use Tilth for anything illegal, abusive, deceptive, or harmful, or outside the permissions they have granted. That includes spam, harassment, impersonation, or deceptive outreach; credential theft or attempts to bypass security controls; using data you do not have the right to use; regulated workflows Tilth has not accepted in writing; and attempts to override agent safety, approval, or access boundaries.
Human review and AI limits
Tilth agents can draft, research, summarize, organize, and assist, but AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong. Review outputs before relying on them for important business decisions, public statements, legal obligations, financial actions, or communications where accuracy matters. Tilth uses human oversight for high-trust workflows, and you remain responsible for final business decisions.
Ownership of work product
You own the final work product Tilth creates for you once the fees owed for that work are paid, subject to any third-party materials or tools used to create it. Tilth retains ownership of its platform, agent framework, internal tools, templates, processes, and reusable methods.
Termination and offboarding
Either you or Tilth may end the service according to the accepted plan. When a client offboards, Tilth exports relevant work product and removes active client data after export is confirmed; backup copies age out on the normal backup cycle. Access may be paused or ended for non-payment, misuse, security risk, or material breach, with reasonable notice where practical. Some records may be retained where needed for billing, accounting, legal, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.
Liability, changes, and contact
Tilth works carefully and in good faith, but the service is not a substitute for your own judgment or for professional review where required. Tilth is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, or decisions made on unreviewed AI output, except where your final reviewed agreement says otherwise.
Tilth may update these terms as the service changes; material changes are communicated to active clients. See also our Privacy and Security pages. Questions: hello@hellotilth.com.
